There was road construction going in to Duluth, and we wondered if we'd be able to find the place where we needed to deliver the load - but Craig drove right to it. It was close to Lake Superior, but we couldn't see the lake because of the fog.
After unloading we did find some rocks to climb before heading back to the Twin Cities.
Craig needs to be down in St. Paul tonight to get the trailer washed out, and he'll be leaving from there in the morning. It was so nice to be able to be together this weekend, even if it meant staying in the truck and walking Percy in the rain and fog.
Percy did a great job riding in the truck. He sat on my lap most of the time, but he slept on one of the seats for most of the night while we slept on the bed in the sleeper. I can see more trips together in the truck in our future!
One more note- we got back in town just as the storms hit. After eating at Davanni we walked in to CUB Foods to buy some groceries and a manager there said we'd have to go back by the freezer and wait because there was a tornado warning. We decided to leave without groceries because Percy was out in the car. After watching the sky for a while it was apparent that the worst of the weather had already passed by. I guess the spring storm season is here.

I love the pictures, especially the one of Dad and Percy.
Glad you were together and safe!
