Limping Along

Craig and his truck both made it home last night. He limped the truck home. He was told - don't put any extra stress on the engine because that's when things really break down. So he came home empty all the way from Illinois and he took his time to protect the engine from further damage.
I wonder if he took the same care of himself. Excess stress takes its toll on the human body too. He came home discouraged and wondering if he's doing the right things - with the truck and in his choice of job.
How often do I feel as if I'm just limping along through the day - just trying to make it home?
Praise God that He fixes my engine -

"but they who wait for the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings like eagles; they shall run and not be weary; they shall walk and not faint." Isaiah 40:31

" Come to Me, all who are weary and heavy-laden, and I will give you rest." Matthew 11:28
