May Day

May 1st has arrived. It's spring! I spent a couple of hours outside today when I got home from work. I watered trees. I pulled weeds. I dug in our garden. It felt so good to be outside. It smelled good too. I marveled at God's handiwork in nature. I enjoyed visiting with our neighbors. And I wonder - would I enjoy spring as much if I hadn't had to endure the winter?
