Last night the Bethel Royals beat the Hamline Pipers 7-0. Bethel outskated and outshot Hamline. It was a fun game to watch, but Jeff says he doesn't like playing these kinds of games. It's easy to fall into bad habits and skate down to the opponent's level.
Tonight they meet again, this time at Hamline's own ice. I hope Bethel skates as well or better than last night. They need to beat the teams that they should beat. (Last year they lost at Hamline 3-2 and then went on to win on their home ice 12-1.) Go Bethel!
