The words of a child

Last night I was given the opportunity to be with my grandchildren while my son played a hockey game. I had a great time with them, playing games and talking. I brought a bag of goodies with - things to do, and snacks to eat. After playing a couple of games the kids settled down to do some coloring on the blank paper I had brought, and my granddaughter (who is 7) did this:

I only had to help her spell two words - ever and special. I was blown away, not just by the neat handwriting and how good she can spell, but also by the content. I am so thankful that she knows that God is with us and that He will love us  forever. Thanks, Izzy, for this very special note!! You are special!
(Don't you just love the arrow and the "r" reprinted on the second "ever"? That's her handwriting as well.)
